Sales Support - Poland

Position based in Warsaw, Poland

Requirements:

  • Native Polish with fluent English
  • Relevant degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Having understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent team working
  • Customer service and account management oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills


 

Responsibilities:

  • Join our Carbon Trading Desk as a Sales Support for Polish market
  • Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes
  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics other key data
  • Help to prepare proposals for the clients
  • Scheduling customer meetings , assist to organize travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office
  • Helping to organize the conferences, preparing PR materials
  • Develop sales process improvements
